Talent Services

OHTec member program for Leadership Training starting February 23, 2016

Many companies shy away from the idea of implementing a formal retention plan because they fear it will cost too much and take too much effort but according to a recent study, that tedious and sometimes costly process could really save the company time and money in the long run.

OHTec, in partnership with ERC (Employee Resource Council), has added a second emerging leadership program to help your organization retain and develop high-potential employees. ERC's Supervisory Certificate Series was chosen specifically for the needs of our OHTec member companies and limited seats are available.

Access your exclusive OHTec membership code and use it when enrolling in the Supervisory Series course located here. Please contact Patrick Antos at 216-592-2396 or pantos@cose.org for further assistance.
